Our principles
The Code of Ethics defines the rights, duties and responsibilities that ICMED S.r.l. assumes towards its staff, collaborators, clients, partners and the community. It is an integral part of contractual obligations and a prevention tool under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
- Legality and integrity — We operate in full compliance with applicable laws, with honesty, impartiality and fair competition
- Non-discrimination — We reject all forms of discrimination based on sex, gender, origin, age, personal beliefs or any other condition
- Training independence — As an ECM Provider (ID: 7158), we guarantee autonomy in defining training objectives, selecting faculty and developing scientific content
- Gender equality — We adopt UNI/PdR 125:2022 as a structural value: pay equity, work-life balance, prevention of harassment and discrimination
- Transparency — We manage conflicts of interest with documented checks and ensure separation between sponsors and training content
- People protection — Confidential reporting channel compliant with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 (whistleblowing), periodic training on equality and safety
