Who we are

ICMED S.r.l. is an Italian company operating in the European and international market in the field of specialised consulting, training and development of technological solutions for transplant programmes, advanced cell therapies, ART centres, clinical laboratories and JACIE/FACT, CNT/CNS, ISO 15189, GCP and GMP accreditation programmes. ICMED Management has adopted an Integrated Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2024 and the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice for gender equality.

Quality and innovation

  • Provide an accessible reporting channel, anonymous if requested
  • Monitor gender equality indicators across the six Areas set out in UNI/PdR 125:2022, aiming to achieve and maintain the minimum score for certification
  • Promote work-life balance through flexible working hours, smart working and shared parental leave protection
  • Ensure pay equity between genders for equivalent roles, skills and experience
  • Promote inclusive communication and equal gender representation in training and scientific events

This Policy is communicated to all staff, collaborators, trainers and stakeholders. It is reviewed at least annually by Management. Managing Director Vincenzo Iaconianni
