With over twenty years of direct experience in stem cell transplantation, cell and gene therapy, Vincenzo Iaconianni has developed internationally recognised expertise in healthcare accreditation and quality management systems, having worked across over 100+ healthcare facilities in 5 countries.
He founded ICMED S.r.l. in 2017 with a clear vision: to build an integrated ecosystem where consulting, training, technology and research work in synergy to elevate healthcare quality standards globally.
Under his leadership, ICMED has successfully guided over 100+ healthcare facilities to achieving and maintaining JACIE/FACT, CNT/CNS, ISO 15189, GMP and GCP accreditations.
He conceived and developed IAAPP, the proprietary AI-powered quality management platform, and founded ICMED Magazine (ISSN 3103-1943), the bilingual quarterly scientific journal dedicated to healthcare quality and innovation.
He has presented at EBMT (European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation) congresses, and is author of peer-reviewed articles in international journals including Frontiers in Immunology, Journal of Clinical Apheresis, as well as congress abstracts and contributions.
